Nitrogen gas used in cocktails is all about texture, aroma, and visual flair—it’s the bartender’s backstage pass to molecular mixology. Unlike CO₂, which carbonates and adds fizz, nitrogen creates a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and a dense, velvety foam that elevates both the taste and presentation of a drink.

Pure nitrogen takes longer to absorb into liquid than nitrous oxide but has a more reliable effect.

Once absorbed the drink will pour with a cascading head like a Guinness stout with zero effect on flavour.

This bulb can only be used the iKegger 2.0 regulator or nitro bulb injector keg systems, it is up to your personal preference.

Neither N2 or N2O bulbs are for use with the older style iKegger mini regulator, it is only for CO2.
