This bright, golden Hazy IPA has a soft juicy mouthfeel from wheat malt, and a tropical, floral fruitiness from Mosaic hops.  This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with Hazy Ale Yeast and Mosaic dry hop pellets. For a Hazy IPA, we recommend you add: 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light malt extract (OR Muntons Oat malt extract) PLUS 1kg Brick Road Extra Light Dry malt extract (OR 1kg dextrose). For even more aroma and flavour, add up to 200g of citrus or fruity hops like Citra, Amarillo, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka or Nectaron.  See label, instructions under the lid, or visit www.brickroadbrewing.com for more recipe ideas.

Only the finest grains are selected and malted. Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed with hop extracts to create hopped wort. The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours.
